On this episode of BofC Live, we connect with Lisa Bigioni of Stok’d Cannabis. As an original Ontario retail cannabis lottery winner, Bigioni has had a front-row seat to how cannabis retail has rolled out in Ontario. She opened the Choom Niagara Falls store as part of her first round lottery win and recently opened Stok’d Cannabis’ first location in Scarborough, Ontario.
