On August 18, along with Torkin Manes LLP, Business of Cannabis presented the online event, “Canadian Cannabis: What’s Next?”
As the event fell just days after a Canadian federal election was called, the program featured a conversation with Omar Khan, who is the Senior Vice President – Corporate and Public Affairs at High Tide Inc. Khan is a long-time political watcher and he provided prospective on how the election may impact Canadian cannabis – and also how the Canadian industry should be thinking about engaging politically now and moving forward.
