The two UK-based companies have entered into a strategic partnership for medical cannabis investment opportunities.
Focusing on Europe, Óskare Capital and ABO will work together to identify medical cannabis companies with the greatest potential to enter global markets.
The duo will be looking at opportunities for plant-based medicines as well as synthetic molecules that target the mammalian Endocannabinoid system (ECS).

ABO – which states it aims to revolutionise the financial sector by providing consistent risk-adjusted returns – will bring dealmaking and public market experience that Óskare says will complement its approach.
The partnership is based on biotech, agtech, life science expertise, track records in the European VC, and strong access to deal flow.
The companies will be vetting opportunities that address market needs and create fundamental agtech solutions, candidate formulations and molecules for the pharma and wellness industries.
