On December 10, 2020, Torkin Manes LLP and Business of Cannabis hosted Cannabis Retail 2021 | A Look Ahead, a day-long event to prepare retailers and would-be retailers on the full scope of cannabis retail in 2021.
During this event, Lucas McCann of CannDelta – the Official Regulatory Advisory of Business of Cannabis – presented his firm’s deep understanding of cannabis retail operations in Ontario and throughout Canada. He focused specifically on the importance ongoing staff training and how training can help create both more engaged staff, but also more profitable stores. CannDelta is offering staff training programs for cannabis retailers in Canada.
