Voyager CBD diversifies to build on success

Since listing on the AQSE earlier this year, Voyager CBD has gone from strength to strength.

In May this year, 100 per cent of Voyager CBD’s revenue came from its online sales. The company has now diversified into three parts with its e-commerce platform, physical stores and third-party retail sellers. 

Listing on Aquis Stock Exchange Growth Market (AQSE) earlier this year, Voyager has also developed and launched several new product lines, currently sold in 80 third-party stores. More recently, CLF, a UK wholesaler of health and wellness products, has confirmed it will also begin stocking Voyager’s products from January 2022. 

After the opening of its first store at the beginning of August, which stocks exclusive products, Voyager is set to open its second store in Edinburgh in late October and its third store in Dundee in late November

Voyager CEO, Nick Tulloch, commented: “Our focus during the first half of the 2021 calendar year was to establish a solid platform for Voyager, developing our product range and building the team, and of course complete our IPO.  

“The effort we put in during those months is now showing in the positive transformation of our business over the summer. In May of this year, almost 100% of our revenue came from online sales but, with the opening of our first store in St Andrews, Scotland and our roll-out of Voyager products to 80 third-party stores, online sales are now one of three complementary parts to our business.

“The speed of take up by other retailers supports our view on the quality of our brand and products and CLF’s decision to stock our products in particular is not only further vindication of our business model but should mark another significant step up in the volumes of our sales.”

The company’s revenue from incorporation to 30 September 2021 is approximately £65,000 and its cash balance is approximately £1.8m with no debt.
