TIKUN Europe, the first pharmaceutical company active in the field of medical cannabis, in Greece, announces the founding of its subsidiary company, TIKUN Europe Netherlands BV, which will be based in Amsterdam.
The newly founded company will be responsible for the marketing, sale and distribution of TIKUN Europe’s CBD line in the European market.
The product line which will be launched initially in the Greek market this coming Spring, introduces new, innovative CBD products developed by the «Research and Development (R&D) Department» of TIKUN Europe.
This R&D unit is based in Greece and has created original CBD product formulas, manufactured in a certified factory in France, under the most rigorous quality standards.
TIKUN Europe’s activity is fully aligned with the Greek legislation provisions for the cultivation and processing of medical cannabis, aiming at the creation of pharmaceutical formulations that are produced in a GMP environment, whilst applying strict control standards and procedures to ensure high quality and safety.
TIKUN Europe Netherlands BV, which is not a pharmaceutical company, will be responsible for the CBD product line.
