Sully handles inventory in one of the most well-known and well-respected cannabis retailers in Canada – and he shared his expertise, insights and processes for creating a compelling inventory for consumers. As well, he touched on how important feedback from the shop floor is in curating Superette’s inventory.

Krista Raymer is the co-founder and CEO of Vetrina Group, an industry-leading cannabis retail consultancy. Vetrina Group specializes in supporting cannabis businesses achieve and sustain profitability. She joined the panel discussion to share information about how important inventory is to the overall operations of a cannabis retail store, the key metrics to measure and several tips and tricks for retailers to think about.
Raymer was joined by David Downs – the California Editor of Leafly. He is the founder of The Hash podcast and he was – he was previously the Cannabis Editor for the San Francisco Chronicle and their online platform SFGate. He shared Leafly’s insights into cannabis trends for retailers to think about as they plan inventory – from core audience to trending strains and the emerging consideration of cannabis freshness for consumers.
