    Tenacious Labs, an international consumer products group championing emerging plant-based ingredients including CBD, has announced the appointment of Bill Oldham as its new chairman.

    With more than 25 years of experience investing in high-growth industries, Oldham will be bringing a wide range of skills, expertise, and experience to his role at Tenacious Labs. 

    At Oldham Global, a leading development company that he founded in 2017 and has interests including private equity fund development, Bill has overseen and managed large-scale investments in several companies. This includes Ascella Health, a global specialty pharmaceutical and healthcare organisation which, under his leadership, increased revenues 400-fold in eight years, growing to manage more than $5bn in annual pharmaceutical spend.

    Throughout his career, Bill has a proven track record of acquiring, integrating, and scaling businesses, which will be invaluable to Tenacious Labs as it executes its buy-and-build strategy to become one of the world’s leading consumer products groups.

    Since launching in 2019, Tenacious Labs has already completed several acquisitions as it helps shape the next phase of growth in the regulated cannabinoid sector. 

    This includes consumer lifestyle brand Press Pause, pet care brand Rover’s Wellness and SZML LLC, which now operates as the Group’s best-in-class white label manufacturing division, TL Manufacturing. 

    Under Bill’s leadership, the Group will actively seek out new value accretive M&A opportunities to further differentiate its portfolio of brands, enhance scale, and bolster talent to capitalise on global growth opportunities.

    Bill will work alongside Tenacious Labs’ highly experienced Board which includes co-founders Nicholas Morland and Adrian Clarke, COO Susie Macarthur, and CFO Sally Hayes. Former chairman, Sir Nick Parker, remains on the board as a non-executive director alongside OTO CBD founder James Henry Bagley.
