Krista Raymer, Co-Founder of Vetrina Group – a cannabis retail consultancy, joined our program to describe how to evaluate cannabis retail operations in terms of the operations and position in the marketplace. Having visited over 200 cannabis retail stores in Canada, Raymer and her team have developed deep insight into the relative strengths and weaknesses of cannabis retailers. They have been using that insight to consult with cannabis retailers on both sides of M&A activity.
