We wanted to connect with Kurtzman about the latest regulatory cannabis news in New York – including a recent announcement about a social equity fund in that state. New York has announced a game plan to allocate fifty percent of licenses in that state to social equity applicants. As well, the state has announced a $200 million fund to support these applicants.
