LOVE Hemp Group has unveiled a trio of senior management appointments as it looks to grow both the brand and its investment portfolio.
The UK-based CBD and hemp products supplier has appointed chief operating, communications and growth officers, all of which become effective immediately.
James Martin has joined the team full-time as COO to implement the company’s global and growth strategies. He has more than 1 5 years’ experience driving large-scale strategic operational excellence and business transformation programmes across a number of industries, including fast-moving consumer goods, technology, healthcare and pharmaceuticals.
Previous employers include Shell, Vodafone, GlaxoSmithKline, and PwC.
Anna Legge will become chief communications officer with the task of developing and managing all external stakeholder engagement, including investor relations, corporate media announcements and environmental, social and governance reporting.
Previously director of communications of London and Toronto listed SolGold plc and with experience of working at a large international communications agency advising firms such as Muberry, Centrica, Bunnings and UP Global Sourcing, she has a strong background in capital markets.
The final appointment is Martin Healy as chief growth officer. He brings 15 years’ experience from the sports, media and entertainment industries, and will drive Love Hemp’s international growth and commercial relationships, allowing chief commercial officer, Adam Pritchard, to focus on expanding the company’s established UK market presence.
