Charlotte Figi, the Colorado girl who sparked a medical cannabis movement died last week. Drawing outpouring of condolences throughout the cannabis and media world, including CNN’s Dr. Sanjay Gupta
Ontario’s cannabis retail roller coaster continued in the past week. First, cannabis retail was on the essential list. Two weeks later, they were taken off. Also, 900 Retail Operator Licenses have been received by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario. MJ Biz has the details.
While essential in Ontario, not essential in Massachusetts. In fact, 4 cannabis companies are suing the state there for being left out of essential.
More (temporary) layoffs, in the sector. This time in Moncton, New Brunswick. 400 temporary layoffs.
