The company is also the only BRC Certified manufacturer of CBD chocolate on the FSA public list. (BRC is the global standard for food safety.)
The new public list is hugely important for the CBD industry, representing those products which can legally remain on sale. To make the list, products had to undergo a rigorous application process and safety testing, the results of which were scrutinised by the FSA over the past 12 months.
