This week saw the Federal Budget drop – and much to the dismay and disappointment to the medical cannabis community, medicine for them is still slated to be taxed – and then taxed again with an excise tax. CFAMM’s #DontTaxMedicine initiative has already sent thousands of letters to Parliament, with many more thousands expected soon as a result of the latest budget announcement.
