How and where Ontarians will be able to purchased adult-use recreational cannabis has made its way into the political realm this week as PC Leader Doug Ford expressed his view that a much-less-regulated regime might be in order. Which prompted a colourful response from the Ontario Public Service Employees Union President Smokey Thomas, “His superficial grasp of the issues proves he’s all tip and no iceberg.” Business of Cannabis wanted to dig deeper into OPSEU’s position.
