Ed Kremer is the Chief Financial Officer of Jushi Holdings, multi-state cannabis operator with footprints in Pennsylvania, Illinois, Virginia, California, Ohio and Massachusetts. We connected with Kremer adjacent to our Business of Cannabis event in New York City in December 2021 to discuss Jushi’s approach to expansion, especially further into the Northeast, including New York. As well, we touch on how SAFE Banking, possible federal legalization and other possible federal measures – impact/benefit companies like Jushi.
Before joining Jushi, Kremer served as Chief Operating and Restructuring Officer of Le Tote and Lord & Taylor, overseeing the organization’s M&A and restructuring efforts. Prior to that, he held positions at Oakley, Oliver Peoples, Beats Electronics (Beats by Dr. Dre), Noon Home and 360fly.
